What we need
  • A well written, meaningful thank you letter (no more than 1,000 words or standard two-page letter) that effectively communicates how the donation has helped the Organization
Additional details

This the 6th year of the Achievers Gala. We had a letter but we want something fresh than can tell our story in a more impactful way.

What we have in place
  • We currently have have a letter that we send in the past to our donors, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have their email information and contacts, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to kept building our Scholarship fund. We will be able to provide more scholarships in the future.

Madre Latina is a small organization in the city. With 3,000 partner around Connecticut. We are looking to create a clear message and find ways to contact with our donors and partners all the time.

Our mission

Mission: is to promote and encourage the advancement of Hispanic mothers by providing training, technical assistance, and mentoring in order to pursue continuing education.

What we do

Is a 501(c)3, that was founded in 2011 by a group of Latinas who wanted to connect the Latino community with programs and services in Connecticut. It was incorporated in 2012 and is dedicated to improving the health, educational attainment, human welfare and opportunities for Latino families in Connecticut.

Madre Latina overall goals are to provide educational, health and lifelong learning opportunities for the Latino mothers and their families in a safe environment along with cultural awareness activities.

Madre Latina is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors representing parents, advocates, teachers, social workers, professionals, business and community leaders.
