What we need
- 3-5 one hour strategy sessions covering topics like potential volunteer market, timeline, strategies for outreach and recommendations for implementation (potential risks, possible management tools, etc.)
- A written summary of goals, target audiences and channels to prioritize
- A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy.
What we have in place
- We currently have staff available to help, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some processes and procedures, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,866 , allowing us to provide more services in our community (freeing up funds for travel, etc)
Effectively utilizing volunteers frees up direct service staff to provide more direct, impactful services to the organization's consumers.
