What we need
- A compilation of research on a specific topic (e.g. industry best practices, literature review, media contacts, industry trends, etc.) including a list of sources
- Recommendations on areas for further exploration/research
- Note: This project is not designed to be used for prospect or grant research
Additional details
We need someone who can help compile information on our prospective funders (foundations, banks, etc) from across different internal files into one spreadsheet and perform additional research on prospective funders to help complete our spreadsheet.
What we have in place
- We currently have a working spreadsheet and several backup files, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have access to the Foundation Directory funder database, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,239 , allowing us to potentially raise thousands of new dollars for the low-income families and communities we serve
This project will help us organize all relevant information on ANDP's current and prospective funders in one place so we can set a clear action plan for managing our fund development pipeline.

The mission of ANDP is to promote, create and preserve mixed-income communities through direct development, lending, policy research and advocacy that result in the equitable distribution of affordable housing throughout the metropolitan Atlanta region.
