Project details

What we need
  • Assessment of specific Organizational needs mapped to specific board roles
  • Candidate evaluation guide for prospective board members, including suggested vetting questions and timeline
  • Marketing tools and guidance on how to execute recruitment
  • Note: This project does not include actual board recruitment on the part of the Professional
What we have in place
  • We currently have a foundational BOD and an understanding of the board gaps, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have clear program and outreach goals, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,822 , allowing us to really focus on programming and building the organization, board, and community in the organic and collaborative way we encourage through our mission.

As a grassroots community-led organization, we need a system and impactful approach to bring established community leaders and true allies to our table. Having an expansive, diverse and inclusive board will help with outreach, program development, and capacity building. It takes a village.
