What we need
- Analysis of accounting needs and assessment of Organization’s current accounting practices
- Recommendations for process improvements for enhanced reporting
- Recommendations on appropriate bookkeeping system such as a spreadsheet or Quickbooks and related costs (if necessary)
- Note: This does not include accounting systems set up or implementation
Additional details
We are an endowment non-profit foundation that provides grants to teachers for special purchases/projects. We currently keep track of donor information in spreadsheets. We would like more accessibility to donor information in a searchable format for marketing and/or fundraising purposes.
What we have in place
- We currently have excel spreadsheets, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have lists and tables, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,564 , allowing us to grow our endowment and help to further our fundraising efforts
We are looking to more effectively market and for that we are looking to get a better idea about our donors - the amounts they give, how often, etc. We just need a better overall picture about who gives to the organization.
