GCADV is throwing at birthday party concert! We are turning 40 years old this fall and are using this as the theme of our fall fundraiser.
We need a purple/blue themed birthday logo, event fliers.
What we have in place
- We currently have an existing organization logo, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a theme and colors picked, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to cover an additional training day for new advocates.
This fall event will celebrate the 40 years GCADV has worked on supporting domestic violence survivors and advocates across the state.
Project plan
Our mission
Collaborate. Advocate. Educate. Empower.
We empower survivors and the programs that serve them, we educate the public, and we advocate for responsive public policy. Our strength is in numbers, as we collaborate throughout Georgia to stop domestic violence.
What we do
The Georgia Coalition Against Domestic Violence (GCADV) is Georgia's federally recognized domestic violence coalition, representing over 53 domestic violence organizations and programs across the state. We engage in capacity building, communications, and public policy efforts to ensure effective domestic violence prevention and intervention. GCADV and its members and allies work collaboratively, along with community, corporate, and foundation partners, to achieve social and systems change on behalf of domestic violence survivors and their families. Every day we motivate, inform, and connect with stakeholders concerned with this issue. No one organization offers all of the solutions, and we believe that by coming together with a wide range of partners and creating new approaches, we can ensure that survivors are safe and empowered and healthy relationships are nurtured.
