What we need
  • A set of key metrics to regularly track
  • Spreadsheet tool to collect data on key metrics with accompanying tables and graphs for analysis
  • Training for best practices on data collection
  • Training on how to use the spreadsheet and analyze key metrics
  • Note: This project does not include data entry or analysis
What we have in place
  • We currently have evaluation forms to help with program evaluation, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have tons of raw data, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,868 , allowing us to serve at least two schools, covering all staff and materials, start to finish.

CCMM has been serving students with a version of its CCMM-in-Schools program since 1995, reaching as many as 26,000 students annually. Since incorporating in 2011 we have been looking for ways to track our impact and need some help! Everyone knows that a visit to a museum is beneficial (in CCMM's case, we bring the museum to the students), but we have struggled with how to show that through data, both in terms of what and how we gather it AND how we analyze and present it.

Our mission

Connecting Cultures Mobile Museum inspires understanding and respect for cultural diversity by exploring global arts and artifacts.

What we do

CCMM builds bridges between students' diverse backgrounds with its comprehensive collection of more than 3,500 international art objects and artifacts and accompanying educational programming. Through the CCMM-in-Schools program, CCMM brings the fieldtrip experience to students right in their own schools! Students need only walk down the hall to this "pop-up" exhibition representing human endeavors across ancient and modern times.
