Project details

What we need
  • Print-ready designed brochure template provided in a high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Collateral, to be used in conjunction with the Brochure Writing project, for new marketing materials
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: This project does not include printing
What we have in place
  • We currently have a mock-up of a brochure using our old design, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have photo files,, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to focus on the things we are good at, like providing nurse case management to clients in this program.

This brochure is for our Transition to Wellness Medical Respite program. People exiting acute hospital care without stable housing are served by this program so they can regain health with a roof over their heads with compassionate staff to help them stabilize. This brochure is circulated to social workers at local hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, who refer clients experiencing homelessness to our program. You can help us spread the word about this program with an improved brochure!

Testimonials

Carree is a skilled graphic designer who quickly redesigned the brochure for our medical respite program. Communication with Carree was excellent, and I highly recommend working with her. Thanks to Carree, social workers and potential clients will find it so much easier to learn more about our program, who we serve, and how to access services. We are truly grateful for this beautifully updated resource. Thanks again Carree!

Brochure Graphic Design Project

Corry at Homeward Bound of Marin was awesome to deal with. All of the materials to produce the brochure were readily available and for those that weren't they were sent in a very timely manner. I would help them again on any project as I fully support the work they are doing.
