Brochure Graphic Design
Impact statement
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to focus on the things we are good at, like providing nurse case management to clients in this program.

Project Details

What We Need
  • Print-ready brochure template provided in a high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: This project does not include printing
What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a mock-up of a brochure using our old design, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have photo files,, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help

This brochure is for our Transition to Wellness Medical Respite program. People exiting acute hospital care without stable housing are served by this program so they can regain health with a roof over their heads with compassionate staff to help them stabilize. This brochure is circulated to social workers at local hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, who refer clients experiencing homelessness to our program. You can help us spread the word about this program with an improved brochure!

About The Org

Our Mission

Founded in 1974, Homeward Bound has grown to become the main provider of shelter and supportive housing for vulnerable people experiencing homelessness in Marin County, California, including working families, transition age youth, veterans, seniors, and individuals with incarceration histories, disabilities, or mental health issues.

Backed by a mission of "opening doors to safety, dignity, hope, and independence," our ultimate goal is to end homelessness for everyone we serve.
