Project details

What we need
  • Setup of Quickbooks software
  • Training and guidelines on how to manage account and generate basic reports
Additional details

We have the accounts linked to QuickBooks (checking, credit cards) but we need to create and implement a Chart of Accounts and then get trained on actually using QuickBooks and generating reports!!

What we have in place
  • We can give you access to the the well-kept and up-to-date Excel sheets that have been tracking income and expenses so far, and access to the QuickBooks - and a draft Chart of Accounts. The Executive Director will be ready for support and provide any answers at all hours of the day and night!
How this will help
This project will save us $5,409 , allowing us to provide human rights law training to officials in Ghana, SIerra Leone and Liberia.

This is evidently one of those seemingly small but in reality massively important tasks for tracking our financials, saving time in the medium term by investing now, given us the power to provide our Board and supporters with key reports easily! So invaluable!
