Additional details

This is the first annual conference for MIDC in 5 years and the first conference that I have ever led. We recently restarted this organization and want to hold an annual conference that draws in nonprofits, faith based organizations and government agencies from all over Marin County.

What we have in place
  • We currently have documents from the last conference in 2014 that may be helpful in planning this conference.

I won't have confirmation on the budget until April as I have applied for a grant to pay for this conference and won't hear about approval until next month.

I would like to develop the plan, timeline, as well as materials for this conference.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to pay to bring in speakers for the conference.

This annual conference will bring organizations from all over Marin County together and involved in disaster preparation and help us collaborate for effective disaster response and recovery.
