- Timeline for preparation and outline of team roles & responsibilities
- Recommendations on pre- and post-event communications
- Detailed day-of-event schedule
- Note: This project does not include on-site event coordination or support on the day of the event. Related projects that may be completed in parallel are the Event Vendor Selection project, the Event Publicity Plan project, and the Event Budget Plan project

Planning for our annual Gala event.
What we have in place
- We currently have a venue, corpoarte sponsor, entertainment,, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have all information/correspondence/data from previous events, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to alocate those funds over to our program development in on and off-site arts education programs.
The Nimbus Dance Annual Gala is our organizations' premiere fundraising event for our season which launches a large portion of donations from private and corporate sponsors which allows us to continue our mission throughout the year.

Nimbus Dance Works is committed to bringing dance into a dynamic relationship with the communities we serve, always acting in accord with our guiding principles of integrity, excellence, and community. We create and present programs of top-level artistry that inspire audience members while building close ties between individuals and communities. Nimbus creates programs that serve traditional dance audiences and create new ones in its home of Jersey City while gaining regional and national prominence.
