Membership Strategy
Membership Strategy
Project details
What we need
- A Membership Strategy document of 2-4 pages, including analysis of the Organization’s current membership program, step-by-step guide to a new or improved program, growth goals and creative outreach strategies
Additional details
There are a couple things happening where we see a chance to maximize the opportunity for revenue. First, we're very interested in social franchising and the chance to expand/grow by certifying others to operate under our umbrella. Second, we have moderate to very affluent families in our program who pay absolutely nothing even though they could (AT LEAST) help support our healthy meal program after school. Third and lastly, we have a college preparation course for high schoolers for membership.
What we have in place
- We currently have a few programs that need to be refined and redesigned, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have five years in our core program with over 130 members, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,848 , allowing us to cover over 60% of the cost towards our healthy after school meal program.
This plan equals sustainability for the work that we're doing. It also is the pathway towards expanding and replicating what we have build. With families having the option to choose or opt out of supporting the work....they will respond much differently when they have put some skin in the game.
