Project details

What we need
  • A detailed, unbiased audit of the Organization's culture including current strengths and areas of improvement
  • Actionable steps to promote team happiness and productivity
Additional details

IJC is a relatively new non-profit (5 years) and is developing some systems with much growth in the past year and more planned.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a theory of change, values statement, employee manual, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have retreat notes, milestones and indicators, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,298 , allowing us to better utilize staff capital and provide the services we intend to deliver to a very vulnerable population (immigrants); better plan for how to on-board intended staff into a engaged workplace

As a growing organization, it is very important that our culture fit our vision and ensure staff are motivated and feeling valued.
