We are looking to hire an executive director and transition coaches. We need a well structured compensation plan with creative schedules.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a business plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have overview of tasks for each role, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help

In order to maximize our impact, we need a solid team internally to do so.

  • Professional proposes recommendations for job descriptions, pay structures, compensation policies, and incentive plans
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback to Professional’s proposals
