What We Need
  • A written analysis of the Organization's position in the community it serves and its ability to address identified needs/problems for its beneficiaries
  • A summary of the Organization's strengths and weaknesses related to its program goals
  • A summary of competitors or potential collaborators
  • An appendix of all data gathered to perform analysis, including sources
What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a SWOT analysis and experienced executive director, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a previous strategic plan with no environmental scan, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help

Our organizational is a small 40 year-old scholarship granting agency. The organization has been volunteer driven and has operated on an old strategy that existed when educational cost were much less. The organization has been insular and needs to understand its competition in the scholarship-seeking arena. This project will allow the board and executive director to position the organization for better grantsmanship and fundraising.

Project may require a short interview with the organization.

Our Mission

The mission of the Tuskegee Airmen Scholarship Foundation is to provide motivation, vocational access, and scholarships to financially and academically deserving students seeking careers in aviation, aerospace, STEM and beyond.

What We Do

Provide 40 $1,500 scholarships annually to high-performing low-income underserved students across the nation. Working with some 30+ chapters in the US and Virgin Islands, the foundation seeks the best and brightest students seeking careers in aviation, aerospace, STEM and beyond.
