What we need
  • 3-5 one hour strategy sessions covering topics like potential volunteer market, timeline, strategies for outreach and recommendations for implementation (potential risks, possible management tools, etc.)
  • A written summary of goals, target audiences and channels to prioritize
  • A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy.
Additional details

We know how to recruit volunteers to help us with income tax preparation but we have other tasks that need to be completed. For this project we are looking to recruit volunteers who can help us with IT and troubleshooting tech issues in the field at our tax sites.

What we have in place
  • We currently have some relationships with companies in the bay area, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the time to work with you on this project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,866 , allowing us to help more people with low income with their tax issues.

If we could streamline this part of our work it would help us retain our other tax preparation expert volunteers

  • Up to 3 strategy sessions with Professional to discuss what roles the volunteer program should focus on, a realistic timeline for recruitment, and identify ways for the organization to find volunteers
