Project details

What we need
  • Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
  • Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional details

We would like to set up a competitive pay structure for not only staff, but also Fellows that we place with other organizations.

What we have in place
  • We currently have staff current salaries, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have other data, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to populate the immigration field with more legal advocates with a lifelong commitment to immigrant justice.

This project will help us ensure that we are paying competitive salaries to attract and retain the talent needed to propel our mission forward.
