Our current HR manual was developed in 2010-2011. Since then our organization has undergone tremendous growth including the hiring of mostly full time staff. We currently do not have an HR department or staff. I, the Executive Director, am responsible for most of our HR responsibilities. I have already revised the manual so I have a pretty complete revised version already completed. I would like someone to review it to make sure that everything that I have included is based on best practice
Our organization has grown significantly programatically throughout the past five years. Unfortunately our administrative resources have not kept up with our growth. We thoroughly understand how important HR is to the sustainability of an organization and would love to have peace of mind knowing that we have the right policies in place to ensure the rights of our staff, the organization and promote satisfaction amoung us all.
