What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

Our current HR manual was developed in 2010-2011. Since then our organization has undergone tremendous growth including the hiring of mostly full time staff. We currently do not have an HR department or staff. I, the Executive Director, am responsible for most of our HR responsibilities. I have already revised the manual so I have a pretty complete revised version already completed. I would like someone to review it to make sure that everything that I have included is based on best practice

What we have in place
  • We currently have an existing and revised handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the HR forms we are currently using, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to continue to provide our youth of promise with the critical resources, including mentoring activities and counseling, to keep them away from the negative elements in their environment.

Our organization has grown significantly programatically throughout the past five years. Unfortunately our administrative resources have not kept up with our growth. We thoroughly understand how important HR is to the sustainability of an organization and would love to have peace of mind knowing that we have the right policies in place to ensure the rights of our staff, the organization and promote satisfaction amoung us all.
