Hi! We need help with a 3-5 year strategic plan since we have a lot of new staff and most of our BOD is new, as well. Thanks!

What we have in place
  • We currently have an uncompleted strategic plan for a year ago, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a strategic planning committee on the Board, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $12,550 , allowing us to pay our artists a livable wage and expand our theatre for youth touring program so that we can serve more schools in Southern California.

Two and a half years ago, we brought on a new Artistic Director after the previous one had held the position for 25 years. We want to examine our mission, our programming structure, organizational structure and also explore what diversity means for an Asian American theatre company. With a strong sense of organizational identity, we will be able to re-brand, find financial stability and grow in a way that organization has not had the chance to do in a long time.

  • Professional proposes strategic goals and objectives with tactics to reach those goals
