What we need
  • A professionally designed annual report, up to 20 pages, with print-ready specifications
Additional details

We have lots of facts and figures and a couple stories that we would like to share with our donors and supporters. We could use the help with the layout and design of the peice. It is only 3 pages (front and back) and involves minimal story stelling.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the pieces of the annual report ready to go, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have quick access to information if you want more background, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to better provide legal education to Atlanta's nonprofit community.

This annual report will allow PBPA to showcase our volunteers and nonprofit clients to our funders and stakeholders. Our volunteers provide critical legal advice to our nonprofit clients and allow them to focus on serving the community. We want to tell this story.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo and visual branding guidelines, finalized copy, and any additional content to be included in annual report
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of previous annual reports with Professional (if any)

Milestone 1: Brainstorming
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss the story the Organization wants to tell and brainstorm how key data can be highlighted and visualized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Annual Report Design & Feedback
  • Professional creates a preliminary design and shares with Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback
  • Repeat feedback process (if necessary)

Milestone 3: Final Annual Report
  • Professional delivers final version of annual report in PDF format, with print-ready specifications

What we do

We match eligible organizations with volunteer attorneys from the leading corporations and law firms in Atlanta. Our staff screens the nonprofits and identifies their legal needs, then matches eligible clients with attorneys who have the appropriate expertise.
