Project details

What we need
  • A written succession plan that outlines a vision of the future leadership team, how to develop future leaders within the Organization and/or seek new talent to fill gaps, strategies for reducing disruption during a transition, and a draft timeline for any known upcoming leadership changes.
  • Coaching on how to engage senior leaders and key funders, and strategies for gaining the commitment of board members and staff to manage a planned or an unexpected transition intentionally.
Additional details

I have been in my agency now for the last 4months and I have identified the fact that people were doing the wrong jobs etc., so I began to reorganize and structure the agency Starting with management. I could use some help and guidance along this long and difficult road. This is exactly what we need to get the agency moving!

What we have in place
  • We currently have time, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have data, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $16,398 , allowing us to invest in the future and the growth of this agency.

Our organization needs to grow as we are growing with the community and the field we are servicing. Currently we received accreditation for residential treatment and we are at a stand still with current management and employee standstill. Trying to ensure that the motivation does not go away we are focused on the long term goal of a one stop shop for the community to receive quality mental health and substance abuse treatment. We now have the ability to do recovery in a residential setting

Our mission

Mission
Inspiring individuals to reclaim and enrich their lives by utilizing innovative resources and harnessing the strengths within each person.

Vision
We envision a community where everyone can be free to live an enriched life of health, happiness and overall well-being.

What we do

BISAC envisions a community where everyone can be free to live an enriched life of health, happiness and overall wellbeing. Treatment is geared towards treating the individual who abuses alcohol and other drugs, with the goal of reducing the destructive effects of substance abuse on individuals and the devastating consequences on the community.
With BISAC's encouragement and support, clients can feel long-term positive effects from participating in the program. They learn the skills to help prevent incidents of relapse, which can affect school, work, or family life. They can learn to stay free from new arrests or other criminal involvement. They gain the skills to reduce visits to the emergency room for any drug or alcohol related medical condition, benefitting themselves as well as the healthcare system. And for those clients who are parents, they learn parenting skills that help build a stable environment for their children.
By providing clients with the necessary tools, exposing them to healthier living skills, and giving them purpose in life, BISAC is able to help improve overall quality of life.
