Project details

What we need
  • A new partnership proposal presentation, or an update of an existing proposal in Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Prezi, or another presentation software
  • Best practices and tactics for structuring an effective partnership proposal
Additional details

Need a new proposal presentation - this is not something we've ever had but I have the need to approach contacts (new and sometimes cold introductions) for event sponsorships, partnerships, to host fundraisers for us, etc. Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Slides - I think any of those formats would work. I need some help making our proposals for support asks as great as can be so we can get more corporate sponsors. talking points, best practices, etc.

What we have in place
  • We currently have sponsorship levels with clear benefits, brand digital files, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have stories, statistics, press releases, images, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to spend time using the presentation to engage more donors, grow our corporate sponsorship partnerships and raise more money for our mission to find cures for childhood cancers.

In order to grow our sponsorships with local partners and cover large event expenses with sponsorships, we need to reach out and engage new donors. we would need to have something that we can tailor for the event/situation/meeting - we have offices in Georgia, South Carolina and Texas, and are working to meet with new donors in those three states as well as others where we support cancer research (Los Angeles, Chicago, Tampa, Philadelphia to name a few).

Testimonials

Fran was really great to work with - taking time to have multiple discussions about our project to make sure we were both on the same page. She delivered an easily-customizable presentation we can use for many purposes to educate others about our organization.
