  • Note: This project does not include on-site event coordination or support on the day of the event. Related projects that may be completed in parallel are the Event Vendor Selection project, the Event Publicity Plan project, and the Event Budget Plan project
What we have in place
  • We currently have invitations , marketing materials, photos from last event, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a person designated to this job, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to Expand our community learning HUBs- Impacting hundreds of student and residents providing access to innovative technology that will lead to future job opportunities.

The upcoming event (The Conversation Series) This project will help raise more funds and expand our base, and expand awareness of what we offer.
We brings together top scientists, engineers, educators, and civic leaders to share ideas that impact our communities and the world. We also showcase our students who present their projects using GIS mapping. Currently, 20 % of our enrollment come from this event, and this project can also help to increase that number.
