What we need
- Training goals for a specific population (volunteers, staff, program participants, etc.)
- Advice on what training methods the Organization should pursue to meet its goals (webinars, lectures, print materials, etc.)
- Suggestions for curriculum design, creative messaging, call to actions, methods and timeline
- Budget for implementation (taking the Organization’s resource constraints into consideration)
- A written document that summarizes objectives, strategies and actions steps
What we have in place
- We currently have some on boarding materials, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have weekly staff meetings, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,000 , allowing us to continue to provide high quality afterschool.
