- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans

Our organization is evaluating our staffing needs. This will help us gauge the skills we need and the appropriate compensation level for senior level team members.
What we have in place
- We currently have Job descriptions, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Data on previous employees skill sets, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to Focus on our signature programming, primarily our college initiative, which creates a pipeline to a new generation of philanthropists.
This project will help us achieve our goals because it will advance the needs of our stakeholders and help us operate strategically.
