Project details

What we need
  • 3-5 one hour strategy sessions covering topics like potential volunteer market, timeline, strategies for outreach and recommendations for implementation (potential risks, possible management tools, etc.)
  • A written summary of goals, target audiences and channels to prioritize
  • A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy.
What we have in place
  • We have two part-time paid employees who are responsible for program development and implementation. Both have been with the museum for over 10 years and are well versed in the efforts made over the years to recruit and retain volunteers.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,866 , allowing us to make necessary improvements to the museum, which is a house dating to 1740.

Our programs are almost 100% volunteer-run. Without volunteers, we cannot operate.
