Project details

What we need
  • Overhaul of the UI on the Organization's existing website, or UI design for a new website
  • Clear map of website’s structure with wireframes to accompany the layout; wireframes may include homepage, content navigation page and content presentation templates
  • Flowcharts or specifications for the interactive features of the website
Additional details

Hi,
I want to develop an intranet for my staff team where we can:

1. Develop greater team transparency through a dashboard view of whats going on with our programs,
2. Cleanly & intuitively display the necessary links for PTO Requests, protocols,
forms, etc.
3. Tie in the platforms we currently use (Asana, Drive, Dropbox)

We haven't had the time to devote to this and it would be very beneficial. I imagine it could be done from a private link from our website which uses Weebly.

Thank you,
-H

What we have in place
  • I'd want to discuss what would be needed. Access can be provided to our website, Asana, Dropbox, etc.
How this will help
This project will save us $11,946 , allowing us to prepare for growth by establishing our structure, making it easier to bring on new support personnel.

We work remotely and have a small team where transparency and efficiency are very important. This would reduce the number of emails by providing a hub from which to review progress and updates, etc.

Our mission

Center for Council delivers programs and trainings that promote communication, enhance well-being, build community, and foster compassion.

What we do

Our work enables individuals to cultivate tools for improved communication, find common ground with others and create healthy, compassionate and thriving communities. Council fosters recognition of our shared humanity and interconnectedness and enables individuals to give voice to their stories, to develop mutual respect and compassion for others, to cultivate a wholesome response to challenges and stress and to strengthen wellbeing and resilience in themselves and beyond. We like to call it the "ripple effect."

Council practice is at the core of all of our programs. It represents an amalgam of teachings, wisdom traditions and schools of thought from around the globe, blended with science-based mindfulness practices and modern communication techniques developed over several decades. Council offers skillful means for building bridges and developing connection in an increasingly divided world, a tool that can and should be available to all people of all walks of life.
