What we need
- A photographer who will work with the Organization over 1-2 days to capture an important event or shoot a series of photographs to tell the Organization's story
- A set of professionally edited, high-resolution images delivered in JPEG or TIFF format suitable for web or print use
- Note: The photographer needs to be available in the same geographical location as the Organization or be willing to travel at own expense
Additional details
We would love a photographer to join Students Run LA at our post-Marathon celebration to capture photos of our students after running 26.2 miles. It is an incredible opportunity to be a part of a day where students realize if they can run a marathon they can do anything! Save the date...March 24, 2019 at Santa Monica High School.
What we have in place
- We currently have an event and a vision, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have time, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,048 , allowing us to provide a team with a season long marathon training experience next year.
As we celebrate 30 years, this project will help us collect images to share with family members and the community as we make our ask. Marathon Day is a life-changing for our students, and capturing memories helps us share this story.

Each year, SRLA welcomes more than 3,200 middle and high school students at 185 public schools and community programs across Greater Los Angeles to train alongside their teachers to complete the entire Los Angeles Marathon.
