What we need
- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
What we have in place
- We currently have job descriptions benchamarked to Bayers Wage Study report, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have access to salaries and benefits, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to Focus our time in implementing our fundraising plan in order to meet the needs our community has voiced.
There have been some staff changes,so making sure each staff is aligned with their job descriptions and that they have a clear path to grow with a salary that is fair will help our organization retain staff and know which positions to hire for and post appropriately.
