  • An internal guide to align day-to-day operations and goals
  • A fresh perspective on an Organization’s goals and strategies
What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a blueprint for the org which is our mini-business plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an operating budget for this year to assist you, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help

A concise and clear business plan will help us to attract funders of various backgrounds and interests. It will also help us to stay on track with regards to how we plan to grow and scale.

  • Professional assesses materials shared and comments on any information gaps required for Business Plan
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss goal and audience
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss tone and presentation style for each section of the Business Plan document
Milestone 2: Document First Draft
  • Professional shares first draft of Business Plan with Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager gives detailed feedback with comments and questions
Milestone 3: Document Final Draft
  • Professional incorporates feedback and delivers final draft to Volunteer Manager

Our Mission

The People's Conservatory fosters high level arts creation, study and performance in an effort to promote cultural awareness and positive social change. As artist educators we help young artists them reveal themselves by facilitating experiences that help focus on growth and expansion. The Conservatory curriculum incorporates a wide range of teachings rooted in ethnic and cultural studies, using our students' inherent artistic voices to make them the next generation of culture keepers.
