Logo Design & Visual Brand Identity
Logo Design & Visual Brand Identity
Project details
What we need
- Consultation regarding the Organization's current branding and desired branding objectives
- Visual branding guidelines / style guide that include specific colors, fonts, and other graphic design elements to use in print and digital communications materials
- High-resolution logo delivered electronically (in formats for digital and print use)
Additional details
We already have a logo we like, but we could use some help in creating alternative versions of it (main, alternative, horizontal) in a variety of formats (jpg, png, and high quality Adobe). I want to build out our kit of ready-to-go logo files.
What we have in place
- We currently have a logo and branding guidelines, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a list of the formats/file types we need, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to invest more in our programs.
It will make it so much quicker and easier for us to provide the correct file types to people when they request them!
Project plan
Our mission
Partners for Youth with Disabilities (PYD) strives to create a world where young people with disabilities will be able to live with dignity and pride in who they are, and to lead self-determined lives filled with purpose. To make this happen, we build the skills and abilities of young people with disabilities, and increase the inclusivity of workplaces, organizations, and communities.
Despite progress made in disability rights over the past 30 years, individual and institutional ableism still exist in the world today. Disability remains highly stigmatized, and people with disabilities continue to be denied equal opportunity, access, and independence. We work to change this status quo.
What we do
PYD programs all provide youth and young adults with disabilities with three key things: self-confidence, community, and purpose. We build disability pride, leadership skills, healthy relationship skills, community involvement, and ensure that youth are successful in school and in seeking employment.
We currently run programs focusing on one-to-one mentoring, online mentoring, theater arts and career readiness training. These programs largely serve youth in the Greater Boston area, but we are starting to expand our reach across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Maine through online mentoring.
In addition to our youth programming, PYD offers training and consultation to organizations around the country that are interested in becoming more inclusive to people with disabilities. We offer live trainings, online courses, webinars, and custom consulting.
Testimonials
Dorothy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was great at communicating with us, and delivered everything asked in an incredibly timely manner! She stuck to the deadline she said, and delivered a *very* high quality final product. She's one of the best volunteers I've been connected with on Catchafire and would heartily recommend her to anyone!
In many years as a freelancer, I have rarely had such a wonderful client - Steve was extremely clear about what he wanted, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to get the job done, and is simply a warm and genuine person, going out of his way to make sure this project would be a good fit for me and letting me know how helpful it is to his nonprofit. Great to know there are folks like him in the world!
