What we need
- A one-day intensive Mailchimp training for up to five staff members covering campaign creation, A/B testing, and metric reporting
- A document summarizing topics covered during training including best practices on sending and monitoring email marketing campaigns going forward, creating and monitoring a list of recipients for campaign(s), and reporting recommendations

We are new to Mailchimp and could really use support to establish best practices for sending email campaigns going forward.
What we have in place
- We currently have data, lists and created campaigns, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have information on our current campaign,, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,390 , allowing us to in the end spend less time (and money) on figuring things out as we go, which takes time from our Communications Manager other responsibilities.
This project is very important for Prospera because we started using Mailchimp a few months ago with limited knowledge, and we are using only of a part of this tool.
We would like to discover all the possibilities that Mailchimp offers to be more efficient and improve our regular communication with our supporters.
