  • Note: This project does not include actual board recruitment on the part of the Professional
Additional Details

Advance the mission of the organisation by executing fiduciary and fund raising responsibilities, open doors and help with connections and resources

What We Have In Place
  • We really need to start from scratch.
Need to create a strategic plan and organisational goals for the board. Most of Sustainable Innovation's current board members are corporate executives steeped in corporate culture. They discharge their fiduciary duties and oversight responsibilities, however there is no focus on long term growth strategy or help with fund raising.
How This Will Help

Sustainable Innovations (SI) needs to move along its growth trajectory of becoming an organisation, instead of a remaining in a permanent start-up phase. A strong board that aligns itself with SI's goals and short and long-term strategy of marshaling resources for SI, will set it on its path to success which is successful implementation of its programs and prove its sustainability..
