Our mission

HomeAid Atlanta Builds New Lives for homeless families and individuals through housing and community outreach.

What we do

Through the generosity of metro Atlanta's home builders, building material suppliers, trades, financial institutions, sponsors, and the public, HomeAid Atlanta has built or renovated 31 facilities for organizations serving Atlanta's homeless population. Past projects include transitional housing facilities, one free-of-charge health clinic for the homeless, and one teen center, with additional projects currently in development. The result--more than 750 people experiencing homelessness are provided housing each year in metro Atlanta through HomeAid Atlanta-built housing facilities.
HomeAid Atlanta serves as a "bridge," connecting builders, trades, and suppliers with local organizations serving Atlanta's homeless families and individuals. Working with HomeAid-recruited volunteer builder leaders, or builder captains, we manage projects for our partners.

Testimonials

I really enjoyed working with Gary! I contacted Gary at first to help with Leadership Coaching, but found that what was needed was discussion on organizational change. Leadership Coaching was part of the overall discussion, but the majority of our discussion revolved around navigating organizational changes. He asked very good questions to make me think about the best ways to move forward, and provided good advice as well. I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to receive his guidance as I worked through my new role, and other changes, within my company. Thank you, Gary, for your time and guidance!
