Annual Report Writing
Annual Report Writing
Project details
What we need
- Clear and effective copy for an annual report that illustrates the Organization’s successes and plans for growth (e.g., descriptions of programs, allocation of funds, and recognition of donors and volunteers)
- Blueprint of the structure for the annual report, including optimal content, length, and style
Additional details
We are looking for someone to put together a digital annual report for our breast and ovarian cancer nonprofit that highlights our recent high growth, our unique position in the market, the breadth of our services, and the depth of our financial support. We are looking for something visually compelling with infographics but we can deal with visuals in a separate project if needed.
What we have in place
- We currently have a graphic one-pager with stats, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a style guide, language describing our programs & photos, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $9,148 , allowing us to use our resources to serve our constituents first, maintaining the percentage of funds used for programming at 88%.
We have grown, financially and programmatically, signifiantly in the last year.
We are working on differentiating ourselves through a focus on the medically underserved. We want an annual report that communicates to potential funders that we are working from a position of financial strength to offer cutting-edge linguistically and culturally competent programs that are filling unmet needs in the breast and ovarian cancer landscape.
Project plan
Our mission

SHARE brings these women and their families and friends together with others who have experienced breast and ovarian cancers, and provides participants with the opportunity to receive and exchange information, support, strength and hope. SHARE's work focuses on empowerment, education and advocacy to bring about better health care and an improved quality of life.
What we do
SHARE's programs include breast and ovarian cancer national helplines, in-person and teleconference support groups, educational programs including webinars, and workplace educational seminars. All of SHARE's programs are offered in Spanish and are free of charge.
