What we have in place
  • We currently have draft examples of materials created for this project, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a list of the communities we want to reach with this project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,098 , allowing us to access diverse underserved populations, reduce mortality and late stage diagnosis, along with providing transportation to life saving cancer treatment(s).

These culturally appropriate materials we need help creating, would engage diverse populations to take preventive actions against developing cancer in their lifetime.

The American Cancer Society is a nationwide, community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem. Our Global Headquarters are located in Atlanta, Georgia, and we have regional and local offices throughout the country to ensure we have a presence in every community.

While most people know us for our research, we do so much more. We attack cancer from every angle. We promote healthy lifestyles to help you prevent cancer. We research cancer and its causes to find more answers and better treatments. We fight for lifesaving policy changes.
