Project details

What we need
  • A compelling narrative, or set of stories
  • Persuasive copy that can be used in appeals to donors, annual reports, grant applications, and media relations
  • Popular examples: Organization's founding story, a program achievement or milestone, a look back at the past few years, organizational backgrounder, etc.
  • Note: This project is not intended to support your general content planning or marketing but there are several projects in our Marketing & Communications category which are a good fit!
What we have in place
  • We currently have a few drafts of communication materials to work from, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a team dedicated to the completion of the project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to share over 500 book bags filled with school supplies and educational tools to local K through 12 school participants.

It would be amazing to obtain assets which reflect the meaningful impact that the Every Day Counts Attendance Challenge shares with the academic community. Such that, the stories, goals and data are shared in the most impactful way possible to encourage further support through various mediums ( website, grant applications, one-pagers etc.) which the Every Day Counts Attendance Challenge uses to articulate the work and mission.

Storytelling Project

Sean and the team from Oakland Natives were a joy to collaborate with on this writing project! The team was ready to provide me with plenty of details to inform my work from the very beginning. They communicated with me consistently and reliably throughout the project, sharing data and thoughtful feedback from start to finish. They were a flexible yet dependable partner, which I value highly, especially as a volunteer with a full-time job. Thank you for the opportunity to collaborate with you and your team, Sean!
