Impact statement
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to more effectively engage in donor development and fundraising by affording us the opportunity to subscribe to critical data sources in these areas

Project Details

What We Need
  • A dashboard in Excel or Google Sheets that visualizes key performance indicators (KPIs), with data from up to 3 sources
  • Training on how to consistently update the dashboard for ongoing use
  • Optional: Training on how to edit dashboard and execute on formulas and functions that will allow for its evolution
Additional Details

We need to present a user-friendly, streamlined summary of the agency's program, financial, and operational status for our Board of Trustees meetings in an effort to eliminate dissemination of disparate financial and level-of-service reports and narratives. These supporting documents can still be available for those who want to drill down on specific issues. But our Board needs a high-level dashboard view of the organization's status in preparation for Board meetings.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have historical reports and data sources, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have access to the necessary raw data/input for the dashboard, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help

Having the capacity to provide our Board with a meaningful organizational overview will serve as a powerful management tool enabling them to govern most effectively and easily identify areas requiring their immediate attention without getting lost in the ancillary details or having to wade through extraneous information/reports.

Project may require a short interview with the organization.
