- An internal guide to align day-to-day operations and goals
- A fresh perspective on an Organization’s goals and strategies
Additional details
As an organisation we would like to produce a comprehensive document which will serve as a roadmap which speaks to our mission and vision, aligning the projects and operations with costs, stating clear deliverables and time frames. In addition we have testimonies which can help can to communicate the impact to which our sponsors have contributed. The document will be used as a guide for the organisation as well as for fundraising.
What we have in place
- We currently have an annual report from last year and a budget for 2019, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have project outlines and data, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $15,028 , allowing us to The savings will buy the supplies for the vulnerable children attending the holiday camps which are organised by the organisation.
Through the project we are hoping to produce a guiding document, something like a blueprint for the organisation. It will also serve as a compelling written plan that will show the contribution the donors will make to the communites we work with as a result of the support that they will give to the organisation.
