- Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
- Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details
Our current SF was created a long time ago for a very different organization. It also has had many staff doing the data entry and as you can imagine is a bit of a mess. We want support in tailoring our current SF to meet the needs of our organization today and also have it sync to WePay and Classy. We want to use SF more effectively to track your donor, volunteer, and constituent relationships and be able to train staff.
What we have in place
- We currently have full access to our SF, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have other platforms ready and working, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to we could focus more time on creating campaigns by having our information current in order to target our different giving groups.
This project is important because we currently do this is all manually, which takes a lot of our staff time. Especially being that there are only 4 of us. It would help streamline our current process.
Project plan
Our mission
Prospera advances Latina economic empowerment through leadership development, entrepreneurship and cooperative business ownership. We believe that when women are at the forefront of our local economies, entire communities thrive.
What we do
Prospera offers leadership and entrepreneurship programs that respond to the unique challenges and the immense resourcefulness that Latina immigrant women bring. We use a popular education approach because we believe Latina women own powerful experiences that make them strong entrepreneurs and natural promoters of social change. Through our culturally specific programs and Prospera's extensive network of partners, Latina entrepreneurs access the networks, the tools and the financial resources they need to launch, grow, and become successful owners of cooperative enterprises
