What we need
  • An easily understood visual aid that communicates complex information
  • A high-resolution version of the Infographic in the Organization’s preferred format
Additional details

We need to have a new info graphic made up. We have one from one of our consultants but it doesn't look like its focused on consortium recruitment and what's in it for their membership. The one we have focuses on the overall work plan instead of recruitment of CBOs.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an infographic for the workplan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a press release and current logos for HCA, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to use those funds to further train and develop CBOs across NY State.

This will help our organization recruit community based organizations (CBOs) to our consortium which in turn will allow us to send a survey out to the consortium to assess their needs for growth of their organization. Once we get that survey back we then can prepare training sessions for capacity building and position themselves for new payment opportunities.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the infographic, key audiences, and style preferences (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of infographics they like with the Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with data or other source of information to draw from

Milestone 1: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional develops three drafted concepts to share with the Organization
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary concept and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of Infographic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds feedback

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers the final version of the Infographic including specifications for usage (colors, size, etc.)
