Project details

What we need
  • A compelling narrative, or set of stories
  • Persuasive copy that can be used in appeals to donors, annual reports, grant applications, and media relations
  • Popular examples: Organization's founding story, a program achievement or milestone, a look back at the past few years, organizational backgrounder, etc.
  • Note: This project is not intended to support your general content planning or marketing but there are several projects in our Marketing & Communications category which are a good fit!
Additional details

It would be amazing to obtain assets which explain the meaningful support that OaklandKind shares with communities all over the world. Such that the stories, goals and data are shared in the most impactful way possible to encourage further support through various mediums ( website, grant applications, one-pagers etc.) which OaklandKind uses to articulate the work and mission.

What we have in place
  • We currently have commitments from donors + drafts of communication materials, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the organization's executive leadership support, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to share more opportunities like providing room and board to three of 5 black Youth Educators from Oakland, who were able to represent The Hidden Genius Project in London this past October.

OaklandKind amplifies collective impact by helping people - help people! This project will help OaklandKind improve the way we communicate our Organization's impact to stakeholders
