Logo Design & Visual Brand Identity
Logo Design & Visual Brand Identity
Project details
What we need
- Consultation regarding the Organization's current branding and desired branding objectives
- Visual branding guidelines / style guide that include specific colors, fonts, and other graphic design elements to use in print and digital communications materials
- High-resolution logo delivered electronically (in formats for digital and print use)
Additional details
We are looking to create a logo for our new project called GLADUR, which will be green (carbon neutral) accessory dwelling unit (ADU) designs. GLADUR is an acronym for "Green and Livable Accessory Dwelling Unit Resource". We are currently open to different ideas about what the logo will look like, as long as it has GLADUR in it and shows it is about being green (being connected to small homes/ADUs would be nice as well).
What we have in place
- We are putting together a mood board and getting design preferences from the 2 key stakeholders on the project. So far, we are open to different ideas, so feel free to offer a variety of options. This project can become really big and you will forever be the one that is associated/can claim design ownership of the logo.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to focus our resources and funds on helping develop affordable housing.
This is our latest initiative aiming to increase affordable housing, and is very important as it will save people tens of thousands of dollars in building their own ADU, as well as being great for the environment because everyone one of our designs will be carbon neutral. A logo is very important to a project as it is the first thing that people will see and we want it to be something they remember and will want to share.
Project plan
Our mission
HEART formed in 2003 as a 501(c)(3) to raise capital from public and private sources to address critical housing needs in San Mateo County.
What we do
HEART is a nonprofit public/private partnership among the county, the cities, and business communities dedicated to increasing the supply of affordable housing by providing financing for the acquisition, construction and rehabilitation of affordable and workforce housing in San Mateo County.
HEART's work includes providing housing advisory services to cities, school districts and other potential affordable housing developers.
HEART also manages a first-time homebuyer loan program for moderate-income households.
