What we need
  • An effective and concise document that covers the following: Mission and Vision Statement, Executive Summary, Products, Programs, and Services, Target Market, Marketing Plan, Industry and Competitive Analysis, Financials, Organizational Structure, Management Team/Role of Board, Your Offering, Appendix, etc.
  • An internal guide to align day-to-day operations and goals
  • A fresh perspective on an Organization’s goals and strategies
What we have in place
  • We have a project proposal that will help you get started. In addition, we have a staff member who could check in with you for about 1 hour a week, as necessary.
How this will help
This project will save us $15,028 , allowing us to create a viable business that would strengthen our Economic Empowerment programs.

We want to create a sustainable thrift store or recycled clothing business. This project would create an additional source of income for the organization, provide job opportunities for Restore clients, capitalize on all of our donations, and extend our mission, influence and brand into a completely new sector.

Restore NYC is a nonprofit organization working to make freedom real for survivors of human trafficking in the U.S.

What we do

Since 2009 we have pioneered trauma-informed case management, counseling, housing, and economic empowerment solutions, providing survivors of human trafficking access to safe homes, stable jobs, and improved wellbeing -- the things that survivors and our data tell us make freedom real.
