Project details

What we need
  • 3-5 one hour strategy sessions covering topics like potential volunteer market, timeline, strategies for outreach and recommendations for implementation (potential risks, possible management tools, etc.)
  • A written summary of goals, target audiences and channels to prioritize
  • A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy.
Additional details

As MOMCares begins to scale their work, the organization will rely heavily on volunteers to get the work done initially as funding opportunities are identified and applied for .

What we have in place
  • We currently have an idea of how volunteers will be utilized within MOMCares, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a short database of interested volunteers, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,866 , allowing us to bring additional programming to 1 additional hospital as well as pay for catering throughout the year for our community healing circles.

As the need for MOMCares programming grows, the need for competent and committed volunteers is growing as well. To keep up with the projected capacity of the organizations impact, volunteers are needed to supplement the work that is taking place.
