Project details

What we need
  • Creation of an E-Newsletter from scratch, or an overhaul of an existing one
  • Training on how to input content into a template
Additional details

We are hoping to set up a regular email newsletter to keep in touch with higher-level donors to the organization. We already use mailchimp to send and track emails, so I think we would prefer to stay on that platform, but need some guidance in terms of setting up a compelling template and laying out the updates and photos.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a template for marketing emails, and a mailchimp account, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a graphic designer that we can engage if/as necessary, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to put more resources into our education programs that engage children in Brooklyn, Queens, Harlem, and the Bronx as creators, collaborators, and composers of their own pieces.

One of our big fundraising goals this year is to provide better sustained cultivation of major donors (4 figures and up). One of the ways that we want to keep them engaged, and show them where their money is going, is by providing a quarterly newsletter from the Executive Director.
