Event Branding & Marketing Materials

Project details

What we need
  • A branded theme for a specific event based on the Organization's existing visual brand identity
  • Materials for the event including, but not limited to, invitations, email designs, graphics for social media, digital flyers, presentation design, and signage
  • Assets and branding guidelines for use in other materials (if applicable)
  • Note: This project does not include the production or printing of physical materials
Additional details

For the last 2 years, we have hosted an annual dinner fundraiser. Going into year 3, we are looking for a more cohesive marketing packet to better share our story and garner interest for attendance.

The event is geared around the importance of affordable housing and financial literacy. We ask architects to submit a 2-family home design and model. These models are showcased at this dinner. One is chosen as the "dream home" and will come to life (in the next year) in a designated plot in town.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a venue, date and committee helping to coordinate this event, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the marketing materials from the last 2 years, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to rehabilitate more homes and or counsel more first time homebuyers. Both will help to improve the over-all economy in our city/state.

We hope this project will save us time in creating the event publications. Also, with a cohesive event brand we will see a larger interest. Inevitably, helping us raise more unrestricted dollars to rehabilitate more affordable homes.
