What we need
- A set of success metrics for the Organization's program such as key performance indicators and secondary performance indicators
- Guidelines on how to measure success metrics, how often to measure them, and how to present metrics to internal and external stakeholders
What we have in place
- We currently have a program design and curriculum, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a great attitude, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,696 , allowing us to Launch our social enterprise and bring health and happiness to more people.
We're launching our pilot programs this winter and want to make sure we're designing pilot surveys and programs that will help us assess our curriculum's effectiveness. We'd love an outside perspective on what's best to measure and how to!
