Project details

What we need
  • A set of success metrics for the Organization's program such as key performance indicators and secondary performance indicators
  • Guidelines on how to measure success metrics, how often to measure them, and how to present metrics to internal and external stakeholders
What we have in place
  • We currently have current program data, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a vision for how we would like to grow, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,240 , allowing us to provide additional learning experiences for our students to attend college or a career program.

As we continue to grow and innovate with re-designed programs, we need to make sure that we can effectively tell our story and the best way to do that is with good data. Currently we focus on San Francisco, but will eventually add new demographics and expand throughout the Bay area and in time nationally.
