Project details

What we need
  • A high-resolution digital version of an illustration that can be used across multiple channels (web, print, and/or merchandising)
Additional details

A cartoon-based 30-60 second video outlining a volunteer based team.
Knowledge of a video production program is highly preferred.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a vision which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have graphic images to utilize and the ability to provide any other information you need.

    In addition, we have high quality images to include in the video to further support the video production. Voice overs can be provided if needed.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to provide 36 nights for a cancer patient and their caregiver to stay in our Hope Lodge, free of charge, reducing unnecessary travel, emotional, and physical strains.

The success of our organization depends on volunteers and awareness of our mission. Without your help, we cannot provide resources to support events throughout the country. Your skills will empower us to promote a volunteer based team to support 500+ events.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with relevant background information on the Organization, mission, and core values

Milestone 1: Brainstorm
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals, target audience, and how the illustration will be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional align expectations for the initial drawings and agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional drafts and presents three concepts for the Organization’s illustration
  • Volunteer Manager chooses a favorite concept and provides up to two rounds of feedback, which the Professional uses to refine the Illustration

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers a final version of the Illustration in digital form
